Join Anngela Leone as you welcome spring and embrace this season of rebirth, renewal and beginnings.
Learn how to regulate your nervous system with a soothing yoga flow using the breath to rinse out stagnation, melt tension and prepare us for a lighter spring.
This 75 minute workshop will begin with a 15 minute talk about the energetics of the spring season according to Chinese Medicine, followed by a 60 minute breath centered yoga flow designed to open and stimulate the corresponding meridians in the body. We will incorporate breathwork, acupressure, and ear seeding will be offered during Savasana (acupressure on points in the ear to enhance calm and well-being)
