Self Care Sunday at Move!

Join Move Psychotherapist and Yoga Instructor, Radina Cheleva for a workshop group dedicated to exploring self care and emotion regulation. 
 
This group will provide participants with practical strategies for self-care and emotion regulation and help you navigate life's challenges with greater ease and resilience. 
 
Each group will offer yoga, meditation, conversation, and specific regulation skills to enhance present moment awareness and overall well being.
