Introduction to Trauma, Pleasure and Desire Workshop

Join Move Psychotherapist Johanna Hayes for a workshop dedicated to exploring the connections between trauma, pleasure, & desire.
This workshop will look at the impacts of trauma and the stress response cycle on the sexual arousal system. We will explore the topics of pleasure and desire as they relate to re-engaging with sex and pleasure post trauma. This workshop is suitable for any person who has experiences with trauma and/or chronic stress that impacts their ability to engage with pleasure, sexual or otherwise. Additionally, we will explore body-based tools for grounding and empowerment, and resources for continued education and exploration.

This workshop is open to anyone living with chronic stress, is a trauma survivor, and anyone interested in exploring this topic further.
