A Workshop & Conversation between Trauma & Grief
Join Move Psychotherapists Bri Ryan and Gracie Fernandez for a workshop and conversation dedicated to exploring the relationship between trauma and grief.
Education, resources, and tools, as well as space to reflect within a supportive community will be offered. Participation is encouraged in whatever way feels safe and right for you. Remember that observation is also participation.
This group is open to anyone who lives with chronic stress, is a trauma survivor, as well as anyone who is interested in exploring this topic further.
